How to make simple fairy cakes.

200g butter
200g self raising flour
200g caster sugar
3 eggs
100g butter
icing sugar

Mix up all the 200g's of ingredients and the 3 eggs together. Grease cake trays and fill each part with mixture as per picture...

Cook in pre heated oven at gas mark 6 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

My youngest girl graduated high school. We packed her things and she said her tearful goodbyes to her dorm mates. We had her boarded at school after her sister had the car accident.

She graduated with honors and a Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) license. She was on the medical career path at her school and will be attending university to get her degree in nursing.

It's been quite nice outside for a while now. But there are too many rainy days still, and there is too much wind. I am therefor still waiting for the real summer to kick in.

I remember last year, where I was with the iMac on the balcony, sweating buckets. Now, not so much.

I hope July and August are going to be really nice and really hot.
