A quest for a Quote Database System

So it was suggest a quote database be started for all the irc/forum quotes. I hopped to looking for some software that would do this.
Simple task you would think? Not so!
For Rash:
RASH Quote Management System
http://sourceforge.net/projects/rqms
OSQDB: Open Source Quote Database:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/osqdb
and Chirpy!:
Chirpy! - A Free Quote Manager
http://chirpy.sourceforge.net/
all pretty much suck. Not easy to install, security risks, errors, bad code, etc. I wasn't able to successfully install any of those. So I put the project on hold for a few days. Today went I went to look again I came across
QdbS 1.10
http://www.qdbs.org/news.php
Which was good! Super easy to install add/remove users add quotes etc. Easy to change the pages too! All of it seems to good compared to the other software I've found...
Moral of the blog: Finding a working program is much easier than finding a solution to a program that doesn't work. Even if it does take more time.
