New and Regular members can reply to posts, and can start new threads.

Who is a guest?
> Everybody that is not logged in, or registered.
Who is a member?
> Everybody that registered and activated their account.
Who is a new member?
> Every logged in member that has no posts. 0 posting members.
Who is a regular member?
> Every logged in member that has more than 1 post.
Who is a premium member?
> Every logged in member that has more than 250 posts.
So, if I want the prostyle, which is no longer for sale, I can get it how?
