From time to time I am asking "How do you guys manage and operate your web site?", here's how .. I'll show you some of our development and forums and tools that we're using.

We have a privates staff forum, we have a staff portal, staff tools and staff tasks. I will walk through these and go through our irc chat network quickly and show some private channels.

Hopefully you like the (quicktime) video, despite that it is just under 20 minutes and 22mbyte in size.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask .. and yes, there's more, but I can't show you all the secrets at once can I?

I recommend to right click the file > save as ... > and download it first, and then watch it from your hard drive.

Excellent video, Floris. We have a private discussion area like how you have it here. But on a way smaller scale. The base camp thing is really good. Need to take a look at it.
