vBulletin-Fans.com is now vbfans.com, an easier and shorter url.
Not only that, but .. we've expanded our network by merging with our sister network: wetalk network.
vBulletin-*.com domains from vbfans network now all points to vbfans.com.
And vbfans.com is now part of the wetalk network.
All the categories, the forums, the threads and posts, private msgs and accounts are still there. Heck, if you were a member on both sites, you will have both accounts, and yes.. we can merge them if they haven't automatically merged. So no post count has been lost.
Your login is even the same, no password has been changed.
If you merge your accounts (if they haven't already) this is what happens:
imported_yourname -> yourname
if you had 15 posts on vbfans.com and 15 on wetalk.tv, you will now have 30 posts.
You can contact a staff member via the 'site feedback' forum to request a name change, name merge, assistance with your account, etc.
We are still merging the data, renaming the forums, working on the structure, putting everything back in place, merging individual forums so they make more sense, putting advertisers in their spot, images on their pixels, and make sure our sticky threads and other important data, such as important threads with links, are all updated and working. So please allow us some time to work things out.
Oh, and we upgraded to vBulletin version 3.8.4, ensuring we're running the latest build with as little bugs as possible. Yay.
Enjoy your same home, just in a different spot. And yes, vBulletin-Fans.com and other domain names you're used to use, .. will all be working as usual. But please feel free to update your bookmarks to 'vbfans.com' for the best experience.
Final note: All the staff from both sites are still staff, so we can provide you with the best job possible. Yay, less spam, and faster help! If you are an active user on this site and interested in helping out, you also can be a moderator, just give us a shout.
Anyway, major changes, sort of ..
vbfans.com and wetalk network shake hands and are working together for a better community. And yes, Floris is still the owner of vbfans and wetalk. It hasn't been sold to a third party (stupid rumours).
